HTMLinc.com is owned by Scott Smith. Scott has been developing websites since the late nineties and currently maintains several large companies’ web presence. It all started with building sites to assist families in grief/need in order to raise funds, prayers and awareness. Scott still does charity work in his spare time, if you, or a family member is in need of a spot on the internet.

We are a small team of experienced geeks that enjoy working in html, php, flash, graphics and javascripts. No job is too large or too small. We treat each person as if they are our own family. We don’t charge for advice, so if you need some direction we will be happy to assist.

Bottom line, we are just normal folk who are committed to care as much for your project as we would our own.
